Build a budget around the actual roof
Roof size, slope, layers, access and material choice all affect the proposal. The condition of the decking may not be fully visible until the old covering is removed. Ask how that uncertainty is priced and how additional work is authorized.
An estimate for the visible roof surface alone can miss the details that matter later. Underlayment, flashing, ventilation, disposal and permit coordination should be discussed before you commit.
Ask about current payment options
Contact PrimeNest Roofing to ask what payment arrangements or financing options, if any, are currently available for your project. No lender, rate, approval, promotional term or financing program is promised on this website.
If a financing option is offered, review the lender’s written terms and total repayment amount. Ask about fees, rate changes, promotional deadlines and early-payment terms. Keep the roofing agreement separate from the financing documents so the obligations are clear.
Questions worth asking before signing
- What is included in the total project price?
- Which conditions could change the price, and how would I approve them?
- When are payments due, and what work does each payment cover?
- Who is the lender, if financing is offered?
- What is the total repayment amount, including interest and fees?
Compare the same work
If two bids are far apart, compare the assemblies and exclusions line by line. A proposal that retains existing flashing is different from one that replaces it. A bid with a decking allowance is different from one that leaves all decking work open.
Tell us the decisions you are weighing. A focused estimate request is the best way to begin a budget discussion for your property.
